Schedule of Rates and Application - direct consulting rate is $130.00/hr.  Rates apply as follows:

1.  Direct Phone Support

• First call - statement of the problem, discussion of terms and conditions, etc.  - free

• Rates apply on a per hour basis plus any portion thereof. Minimum charge of $45.00. (No charge until it is mutually agreed that there is a viable match between your problems and our abilities.)

2.  Off-line support

• Rates apply to direct contact as well as required off-line concept and design work, research, testing and analysis, report preparation, visitations to third-party (vendor) facilities, etc.

• If support is required over an extended period of time, reduced rates may be available– whatever matches your needs. Ask us.

3.  Plant visitation

• Time actually spent working on-site.

• Travel time to/from client’s facility is not charged if the distance less than 100 miles. For one way travel over 100 miles, minimum consulting time 4 hours, $25.00 per hour for travel time.  For use of personal auto, a rate of $.35 per mile applies. Where said visitations require overnight travel and/or commercial carriers, actual travel expenses and lodging/per diem also apply ($100/night stay, $40.00 day).

4.  Billing and payment terms

• Billing on weekly basis to be submitted to client’s agent each ensuing Friday.

• Payment required each subsequent week, by check or money order. Checks should be paid to Viktor P. Astakhov.
